Weekend live classes may be recorded for enrolled learners. Audience members receive the class through a private stream and are not placed in the interactive recording room unless they explicitly accept a stage invitation and complete the device-consent step.

When a learner joins the stage, their voice, displayed name, and—only if they enable it—camera image may appear in the complete class recording. An additional recording notice is displayed before stage participation.

Attendance records may include join and leave times, watch duration, enrollment reference, IP address, browser or device information, and whether the learner appeared on stage.
Live chat, hand raises, poll responses, moderation actions, and technical connection events may be processed to deliver and safeguard the class.
Class recordings are normally retained for 365 days and retained chat and poll data for 180 days, unless an administrator changes the period for a legitimate operational or legal reason.
A valid erasure request removes or anonymizes applicable participation data. If the requester appeared on stage, removing their recorded image may require deletion of the affected complete recording for all learners.
FDB uses service providers for live communication, private media storage and delivery, recording processing, and hosted course playback. Access is restricted through enrollment, session, and short-lived media authorization controls.
